Nazarene Children’s Bible Quizzing
At MCN we offer a Wednesday night activity that is based on the Nazarene Children’s Bible quizzing curriculum. Kids have the option to come at 7 PM and just learn the information that the quiz team will quiz over but they can also choose to use the knowledge they gain to be a part of the IgniteKids quiz team. The kids are also encouraged to learn 20 verses each year that are based on the curriculum for that year.
The quiz team competes at 4 to 6 quizzes a year including 3 to 4 regular season quizzes (held on Saturdays) and a District Quiz. At District Quiz they have the ability to qualify to go to Regional Quiz in Olathe, KS and every 4 years they can qualify from District to go to World Quiz which is held in conjunction with the Nazarene Church General Assembly.
